Pet Scratches

They don't mean to do it, but some dogs have bad habits and they can damage your floors by scratching with their claws. Since these scratches typically only penetrate the finish, the problems can be rectified with sanding off the old finish and a few millimeters of the surface of the wood. Once the surface is smooth a new layer of protective sealer can be added.
